I really liked the way you framed with this photograph.Specially the contrast produced by the inclusion of two types of architecture. :)
However on a closer look i find this picture slightly shakened(seeing the reflected lights). Thats just my point of view , could be wrong :)..

Although suffering slightly from camera shake, this is a wonderfully illuminated city scene, so fit to celebrate the coming of the new year. Especially the contrast between the two colors on the facades of the houses and church are great.
