Hello Mike,
The dog looks well wrapped up like his mistress who seems determined not to smile. We got a coat for our dog but he doesn't like it and tries to get out of it at every opportunity, so we gave up in the end. Also very cold here but dry at the moment. Looks like it could be a long winter.

Now that's a south of love for your pooch , she gets wet while the little fluffy one stays dry and happy under the umbrella .Very funny moment and excellent urban portrait .Great timing
