Photographer's Note

Spotted this woman, a busy market vendor in Sousse medina wrapped a certain way to provide protection from early morning sun. I was very much drawn to it by the warm light source which offered the right component for low key that I always love to venture. Obviously she didn't notice me intruding into her 'privacy'. While it is not everyone's cuppa, I enjoy taking good pictures of people who matter to me and this is one of them - only a brief encounter minus eye contact but a moment to cherish.....

Used spot metering, concentrating just on the bright area set at max aperture on manual mode.

Setting: 300 mm, 1/800 sec, F4.8, ISO Raw 200, 0708 hrs

Hello Abmdsudi,

Good close portrait of this vendor in Sousse. I like the light and colours. In some countries. like in Morocco, Arab women do not like photos. In Tunisia, there was no problem with it.
