~ roadside 'art gallery' ~, a photo from Monastir, North

Photographer's Note

Another street shot taken in the wonderful place that is Monastir medina whilst I was out on a late morning stroll. I just loved the colours, a decent selection of 'artworks' on a 'gallery wall' and curiosities to ponder over!

Obviously I liked him there as he brought the scene to life.

Just a simple routine snap shot

Setting: 24 mm, 1/100 sec, F16, ISO Raw 200, 1009 hrs

Hello Abmdsudi,

I'm sure the brightly coloured doors were an immediate attraction. How good that the seller is positioned nicely off-centre and the goods that he is selling are linked by way of the bicycle. It's a very good composition.

A great composition with the two blue doors and especially the many items on display in front of the right hand side one and the man at left. Also the bicycle is a great addition. Well spotted and captured.

Magnificent composition where the intense blue of the doors captures the attention at first, then we stop to look at all those clothes, would they sell them?, the gentleman and the bicycle add interest to the composition.
Sharpness, lighting, color, and magnificent composition; They are managed perfectly, in this beautiful image.

Hello Abmdsudi, I wouldn't call it art gallery, just the second-hand cloth sold in the street. But an interesting scene and lovely typical Tunisian doors.

Due to the two vivid blue doors - which serve as a natural frame -, this would sell as two distinct photos. I like the idea how you portrayed the old man with his goods for sale.
