Photographer's Note

A street portrait captured on a slight overcast morning, from my visit to an ethnic Khmer village, in Chrongkos, consisting of wooden stilt houses situated on the west bank of Tonle Sap river. You can't help but be drawn in by welcoming kids, every eye was on you - most came with matching smiles and this place taught me much about life and humanity.

Despite being poor, have some of the happiest smiles around.......

Setting: 200 mm, 1/400 sec, F2.8, ISO Raw 200, 1024 hrs
