Hello!

This is a picture of the Yuanyang Rice Terraces.
An amazing place...a paradise for photographers!!
We arrived there in the early evening, just before sunset...rewarded with this fantastic view!!

Yuanyang is situated 326 km south of Kunming, the capital of Yunnan Province.
It's located in the depth of the Ailao Mountains in Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture.
Yuanyang has a population of 347,000 with 2190 square kilometers.

Hello Chris,
The patterns in this photo are amazing! I was looking at it for quite a while. If I loosen my focus a little it almost looks like the pane of a stained glass window. It is very beautiful and abstract in some ways. I do think it could "pop out" of the screen a bit more, and I did a workshop with my ideas. I hope you like it. :-)
