Sailing aboard Chang Jiang SanXia 5 we are now in the Ship Lock Lift which allows ships to be raised/lowered to pass the Three Gorges Dam. This saves time instead of navigating through the lock system at the dam which larger ships must navigate. Three Gorges Dam located in the Hubei province, China.
