Photographer's Note
Ushguli is a mountain village in Svaneti classified by Unesco and sourrounded by 5000m Caucasian peaks. Some say it is the highest village of Europe at 2100m above sea level. It has about 200 inhabitants. The defensive towers that compose the local architecture were built in the middle ages and served to protect the inhabitants from all sorts of attackers until not long ago.
Quite a spectacular place to visit!

Hello L廩nie,
Very impressive view with the snowy mountains behind the village. Even at the end of June there's so much snow.
This village had probably endured many attacks see the number of defensive towers.
Best regards, Paul
