This snap was taken just barely an hour ago while I was passing through Baidyabati station, platform No.#1; my wife intended me to take this snap as the children were all enjoying their bath like anything...I just changed it to B&W instead of color to minimize the distractions...

I think the fun actually comes from you taking their picture! Must be quite unusual for them! Well timed capture of the action, a sensible B&W conversion, sharp details... maybe better if the BG buckets wee fully visble, but no big issue there!

Hi Ayan,

This photo emits a lot of warmth :) Very candid snapshot of kids having fun together. Good choice of b&w over color, also your DOF.

My father used to work for a famous local newspaper in the Philippines when I was little, and I remember a shot he took of about 8-10 kids ages 3-5, squatting in a single row, with their back to the camera, doing "poopie," a typical scene in the poorest areas of Manila. I thought it was hilarious, but realistic at the same time, since most "squatters" can't afford to pay their electric bill, let alone a complete bathroom.

Hi Ayan,
This is a very good shot! The kids look so happy, but isn't it cold there now? I feel cold looking at them :)
If you had included the full buckets, I think it would have been even better. I agree with your choice of B/W.

What can i possibly say about this photo. A perfect of the perfect one.What a timing, what a POV, what a mood, what a B&W effect. Everything from head to toe is A1.Picture with long tongue.
