Photographer's Note

Today (7th September) is Janmashtami.. this day marks the birth of Lord Krishna and is celebrated in a big way in north India, especially in Uttar Pradesh.

Most temples or mandirs are lit up at least a week in advance and celebrations start a day before Janmashtami. Swarms of people throng the temples a night before the festival to pay respect and offer prayers as its practically impossible to do so on the day of the festival.

This picture was taken at 23:50 pm last night and as you can see-there are already tons of people trying to get into the temple.

Sorry, once again, there's a tilt in the picture. I don't know how I manage that everytime.. but its ok and I promise to work on this problem of mine :)
