Namaste Arindam.
It's an important photo with a message... a message of hope to all of those suffering with those problems you describe on your note.
The smile of this young girl is so nice, the smile of someone who gave another little step towards her independence, or at least less dependence from others.
These little steps of development are so important to give them hope and strengh to "climb up their mountain of difficulties".

Nice to see someone cares about these problems that affects no only young but elder persons, richs and poor, and so on.
