A lovely potrait. i love the way you used the bananas to frame the seller. Love that green agaisnt the bright white of his shirt. Excellent work.

Hello Arindam,
A good compo whith shallow DOF letting us imagine these banans as they are blur and seller in focus... colors and exposure are perfect

My kind of shot, Arindam, the kind I really like, where you thread the needle" - the man's face against the blurred bananas in a bokeh zone (not bad at all with an A95! I like you title, the simplicity, and honesty of the shot.

I enjoy this kind of "needle threading" (thanks Francis) and like how it works with the wide aperature to give a nice bokeh in the foreground (tried this on 2 shots lately and I found it successful as a technique). The seller is well framed and I like the contemplative look on his face.

Hello Arindam, What an effective shot! I am totally seduced by your framing of the subject, with a splendid foreground bokeh. The colours are magic: the green of course, the whites on the man (shirt, head-cover, but mostly the line of white hair on his beard!) and on the table at the back, and finally the purple touch of the '23' figure which acts as a very artistic signature on the whole.
