very nice composition here.
the mostly empty street and the little guy looking right at the camera.
nice stuff.
I am not sure if the grainy look was what you were going for but it seems to work here.
I was going to suggest a workshop but after trying a few out they jsut didnt look good, so in the end i didnt bother.
