Kerala is the small state at the southern most tip of India. This state is full of greenary, lakes and rivers. This photo was taken about 10 years ago in Thrissur, the cultural capital of Kerala. Even now these hand made conoes are means of transport for a large part of the population.

Hi Rejith...I'd love to go once at such a place where nature has stayed what it originally was...it's a shame that the picture isn't that sharp...but however, it gives it a mood of passed times...do you know Bruno Manser?...It looks like one of the picture from it's diary!
