Photographer's Note

Day is ending, night is settling upon the landscape. The beach filled with fishermen, paddling, casting nets, hawking fish, and tourists in bikinis is but a quick memory. A quiet descends upon the land, smoothing the edges of the sea and land. Tomorrow again the cries of birds, the gleam of fish, white bodies flashing skin, but now peace.

Nice Gloria, a restful feel, only the birds are still busy. (Are there that many tourists now on Varkala beach?)

Just went back a bit over some of your earlier posts. What a poetic note to this one - and a poetic image as well. Totally underrated. There is actually a nice balance in the shot and the two people add a lot to it. If I only had time I could imagine doing some PP work and improve a few minor details. Maybe later.
