Photographer's Note
Chilly market vendor on the outskirts of Bhavnagar.
Under the tents many women are cleaning chillies that are sold per kg. Indeed the atmosphere is very "chilly" there.

ciao Luca
Not the most esthetic and romantic image that I know but definitely a very strong one, the real life, the indian way !
Effect of course even enhanced by the very wide angle lens, almost fisheye
have a nice evening

This is just an UNBELIEVABLE image. It has so much character!!!!! The saturation may be a little on the pale side but this picture speaks a thousand words!!!!

Hello Luca - I cannot let this unusual shot go by without a comment. Your WA lens has added a strange perspective to the portrait and you were daring in your choice here. The hand with chilly leads us to the long thin arm covered with tattoos and from there to the elongated face. A strange but compelling shot which works well as a DL posting. Best regards Rosemary

her arm makes me think of an alien and maybe it also due to this green all over the photo. I like her face without expression also.

Hello Luca,
Unusual market photo that can make the onlooker feels somewhat uncomfortable. That long tattooed skinny arm, that passive expression! It doesn't say "poverty" (nice clean clothes, well arranged hair), it says "sickness". That's what I feel your photo conveys at least. And that way to present us that chilly, as thought to beg for support! As said above, likely not the most aesthetic image, but definitely somehow a strong image.
Best regards,
Claude
