The most interesting meal option at Kochi is �陖ou buy we cook.�� A concept where you can walk right up to the fishermen at the Chinese fishing nets and pick your own seafood, fresh, by the kilo, and then follow the boys up to the hole in the wall shacks where you can have it cooked as per your taste.

Hello Miguel, These fresh fish and frutti di mare look very inviting. And good idea to bring it to cook in other place. I think I was also this when when I was in Kochi many years ago. Funny thing was that they sold beer in jugs (it was not allowed to sell beer). I wonder it they still practise it.

I am a big eater of fish but everyday becomes the fish more expensive here in Belgium.

The tiger prawns look nice and fresh. Good sharpness throughout and the highlights are well exposed with only negligible oe. Good warm cold colour contrasts between the cyan and red. Effective tight framing and the diagonal row of batfish or butter bream add dynamism. Not sure what they are called over there. Tfs.

These fellows at Kochi get to eat white pomfret which we hardly see in Calicut, its been very long since I ate one.
Can't comment much on the Photograph, you know much more could have been done, I presume it was an intuitive shot. Interesting note too, TFS.
