Street dogs are very common in India. I found this one lazing in the streets and enjoying the evening sun. I took this image because I liked the way the shadow was cast.

VERY VERY NICE PICTURE. The dogs' shadow reminds me of a Doberman... which gives humor touch to the composition. The light is beautiful. 2 THUMBS-UP!!!!

Hi Santosh. I love the shadow! My dad was recently in India (Hyderabad), and was teling me about all the dogs living wild in the streets. He said he never saw one that was a pet. By the looks of this pup, times have been hard. I wouldn't want to run into him in a back alley!

Nice picture. A pity that the dog is so skinny.
Nice shadow, the dog looks more greater and more dangerous in the shadow then in real life! Well done!

wonderfull catch Santosh! the silhouette of the shadow is so characteristic.

I like the simplicity of the image and it's almoust monochromatic brown color.

This is a good image. You could've cropped the empty left side of the photo for better composition.

Haha I observe that practically everyday, just didn't strike me it would make such a brilliant photograph.
Like the confused reaction on the dog as if his shadow is his enemy :P
