Photographer's Note
Well my love for Bombay...never ends.
Morning in Bombay is again full of characteristics...if you see a laughing club in one corner of the park then you will find people running after water tankers to collect water for the day. Morning walks, dog walks, sleeping Bombaities and my favourite pigeons.
On your left, is the Arabian Sea and on your right is the Taj Landsend.
Stories in Bombay...
Thanks for stopping by...

Hi Durba,
This is a nice shot and a nice view of the city as well. The dark colored road and the presence of birds enhances this beauty.Wud b great if the visibility of the Arbian sea was prominent enough.
Greetings and TFS,

Hi Durba,
Secluded street, flying birds, heritage building - I don't think Non-Mumbaikars would normally associate these with Mumbai. And thats what makes this such a worthwhile photograph.

I like this one, Durba, because you have replaced the usual throng of Mumbai denizens, the sadhus, railway orters, etc....with birds. Sparkling colors and a real feel for the place.
Well seen,
Francis

Hi Durba, this is a good picture full of mood, bombay's mood at beginning of day, the perspective created by the road is good i particularly the light hit the building taj landsend. You seem to be a lover of pigeon and you caught them in a perfect way.
good ! :)

Hi Durba,
I really like photos that incorperate birds in this way and yours is no exception. It would be a nice photo without them but nowhere near as interesting. They lend a feeling to this scene that is in direct contrast to the human subject also captured, and that is of freedom or perhaps even whimsy. Thats the feeling i get alot from photos that use birds in this manner when there are human subjects present. the feeling to me is palpable; were stuck->they're not...afterall, who among us hasnt sometimes dreamt of simply taking flight, leaving behind all the banalities that tie us down and bind us to our mundane everyday lives?
thats the feeling i get from your photo -- thank heaven I am currently on vacation!! ;)

Nice perspective....The motion of the birds is very well captured....you don't really need that yellow border.

Great shot, Durba. This is a view of Bombay we do not often see - devoid of people, with a sense of early morning peace and solitude. Excellent sharpness - I like the architectural detail on the right. In fact the building reminds me of Lahore, where I lived for two years. Good work! Regards,
Ryno
