Photographer's Note
Bangles are part of traditional Indian jewelry, usually worn by women. They are made of numerous precious as well as non-precious materials such as gold, silver, platinum, glass, wood, ferrous metals, plastic, etc. Most Indian women prefer wearing either gold or glass bangles or both in combination. Bangles made from plastic are slowly replacing those made by glass, but the ones made of glass are still preferred at traditional functions such as marriages and at festivals.

Hi Nabarun,
A great selection of colors, very pretty to look at! By the way, did you start taking RAW shots?

Ciao Nabarun,
peering in your gallery I find this beautiful shot with sparkling colors and great sharpness.
I like it very much, also because I like the subject... I would like to see a similar exposition here in Italy... maybe I could find une bangle suitable for my thin wrist(too thin: here in Italy, I can't find anything fitting)
TFS
Laura
