Photographer's Note

Hi , I am once again back with my photographs !
I was busy for 1-2 weeks , my examination was going on .. Now I am FREE from the sufferings i had to go through !!

July 21st , another one from the monsoon season of kolkata ...Clouds was something else than regular and it reflected various shapes too ! I somehow managed to get a glance of it when I was going through a serious headache due to my maths examination the next day.. The maths examination was like the clouds too , shrouding over me like a dark cloud.. :)
I dedicate this photograph to Indranil , who has often helped with the art of photography and photoshop..
But it seems as if I dedicated to the rain God Indradev :) ..

What an impressive cloud up there, and I guess you were in for some further rain :) I really like your idea of leaving the town behind but have all the space possible for the scary dark up there. Nevertheless, the little bit of town gives us still an idea in what part of the world you might have taken this photo. I like the inbetween also, the little bit of pink left before the rain came. Hello Sayan.
Your shot is very like mine, which is right beside yours in the gallery! Except yours has an unbelievably dark cloud gathering. But the viewpoint is similar.
The shot is incredibly dramatic. I like that bright bit shining through the middle. And the composition makes the town look so tiny in the face of this monsoonal storm. Perhaps you could have included a little more of the buildings, but then you would have had less of the sky.
No wonder it's hard to concentrate on studies. I hope you did well in the exam.

interesting capture - but it is a bit too over processed. the darkness of the clouds appears unnatural.

This is a dramatic cloud pattern with its heavy mood. I am not sure about your crop of just below the buildings. Any particular reason for doing so? tfs

Impressionnant ce ciel dramatique, pas tellement convaincue par le cadrage, le ciel prend trop de place pour pas assez de vue sur les b漮iments, c'est juste une opinion....
