I will start today my serie of balinese people. I have actually from time to time uploaded some pictures of balinese, but now I tried to put them in a specific theme.
This man is taking water from traditional well, this water system can be found in every village. It is used not by a single family, usually used by several or a comune.

Bonjour, Cessy. Cette photo qui nous montre cet homme dans une activit� quotidienne est d'une excellente nettet�. Il y a aussi une belle diagonale qui parcourt la corde et les bras noueux de ce balinais. Le noir et blanc convient bein � ce genre de sc鋝e.

Hi Cessy, This is an impressive clear and detailed shot. Good use of the light to show the hardship to fetch water from the deep well. The vein and the born behind his skin can be seen clearly. An excellent shot. Well done.

This is a beautiful B&W picture. This old man is also really beautiful and I like his expression by pulling the water out of the well. I'm looking foward to see your other "Balinese people" serie.

Hi Cessy. Well this seems a promising start to your new series, with a compelling and evocative portrait of the old man at work, pulling water from the fountain. Beautiful tonal range with the b&w, and tastefully framed with the few storytelling details.

Excellent capture and also excellent moment. We see how that is working, we see his old muscles working and also his face.

Hi Cessy. The b/w really allows us to focus on the essential elements of the shot. Nice catch of expression with the man and I like how involved he is with what he is doing. I'm looking forward to the rest of the series. Nice one Cessy!

Good strong BW expression.
You really caught the moment. The image is so clean and sharp, thank to good ISO speed and good exposure. I like the inclusion of the fruit basket at the back as a way to fill the black space.
