Photographer's Note
As quoted from Baliblog.com:
Pura Taman Ayun was built in 1634 by the the Raja, I Gusti Agung Anom. The kingdom of Mengwi was powerful enough to control large parts of Badung, Tabanan and Gianyar from the first part of the 17th Century to the latter part of the 19th Century.
The temple is surrounded by a massive moat which look lovely and is set on 3 different levels, the inner courtyard at the top having its own moat.
The inner compound is complete with magnificent merus (roofs), bales (halls) and shrines. As many people know the higher the meru the more important it is. The number of roofs is always an odd number with the maximum possible 13.

Hi Richard,
This is a really nice image with an informative note. I like your POV which includes the reflections on the water. Including the colourful plants in the foreground gives the photo added appeal. Thank you for sharing.
Cheers,
Debbie

Hello Richard.
Great choice of perspective. The diagonal line leading back to the rear of the photo adds alot of depth. Also, the placement of the plant to the front adds some nice detail in the foreground. The rhythem that comes from the number of roofs is almost mesmerising. Good muted colors that lend a mellow tone to the whole photo.
Regards,
Chris.

Hello Richard,
A typical balinese scene. I like the different elements that you've englobed here: the temple towers, flowers and water which all together create a very peaceful atmosphere. The contrasts are pehaps a bit soft, but that also adds to the feeling of serenity.
Regards, Brigitte
