in my Backstage serie, here is a picture of the preparation of the "Ladies Orchestra & Dance" troupe, The name of this Company is Chandra Wati, and they perform every tuesday night in Ubud water Palace.

L'嶰lairage est SPLENDIDE, Tom!
Il n'y a rien � redire c'est parfait!
(...dans un autre genre elle me rappelle beaucoup la composition d'une mes images, mais en plus, la tienne b幯嶨icie d'une lumi鋨e dor嶪 tr鋊 esth彋ique. le 800 ISO, tu ne le sens pas du tout passer.)

vraiment vraiment tr鋊 joli. un instant d'intimit� tout doux qui baigne dans une superbe lumi鋨e. une compo hyper soign嶪, rien n'est perdu, tout fonctionne parfaitement. la danceuse en arri鋨e plan notamment qui ajoute s'il en fallait une touche de f幦init� suppl幦entaire.

love the simplicity of the light deliniating the edges of the face of the actress, accentuating her focus on her hands. it looks almost as a pre-show ritual or preparation. well seen, tom! TFS

Serie fantastique, Tom, toujours cette aspect de derriere la scene que j'aime beaucoup. L'eclairage ici est des meilleurs, tout en douceur, peau, tissu, pur bokeh dore, tout flamboie doucement dans un calme beatifique...
(Je ne sais plus ce que je dis, alors, j'arrete!)

Simply superb. I wonder why you haven't already got not 20 but 120 points for this gem... for it is a superb work that just keeps me amazed... that dof that you use, selectively focusing on her sumptuous dress and hands while leaving the hairdress and other parts in a soft blur, is magical. To my favourites!

COucou c'est re moi...j'en ai loupe plein de ton voyage en Indo. Je m'arrete sur celle ci car le cadrage en plongee est super elabore, de plus l'ambiance tamisee, lumiere diffuse....quelle douceur.

Hi Tom, I'm coming in very late into this one, which has already received so many enthusiastic critiques. But, I cannot resist to add my fascination for everything which makes up this image. The golden light, the uncommon angle, the magic bokeh, the closeness to the subject, and this very simple, shy gesture of the hands which enhances the extreme fragility-feminity of the image. The golden light pouring all over the picutre makes it a master-piece. I wish I could give you so much more than 2 points! I'll stick it into my favourites, in any case. Cheers, --amz
