A public holiday today, Culture Day. In Imaichi City (between Nikko and Utsunomiya), they have a four-day long festival with various events, including the eating of various kinds of soba noodles. One event is yabusame. The riders are grouped into several grades. They have three arrows to shoot at the three targets as they ride along.
