Photographer's Note
Buddha statues and gongs from Myanmar area enshrined in a Rinzai Zen temple named Saikouji in HigashiIzu. Once a young villager came back from Myanmar where he fought as a soldier. He then dedicated buddhas and gongs to the temple to mourn his brothers in arms and all the souls passed.
