Sentimentality of late autumn, a photo from Tokyo, Kanto

Photographer's Note

This photograph is taken when I drop in at Yoyogi Park in the late autumn of last year. All the wide sites in one corner of a park are covered with the fallen leaves which dyed golden. It seems a present of the late autumn which nature left. The contrast of the color with the trunk of the tree which rises up to a site was printed on my eyes. There is also no figure in this place. A noon light had projected the shade of trees on here and there of the ground. This photograph was taken by a low angle.

Hi Mikio,
nice the sunset colours as the light fall on the fallen leafs making the image so effective.The use of the lower angle of the camera,creates more useful results.

Yellow leaves beautifully karpet the ground within the forest, Mikio, and sunlight with shades coming through.
A well premeditated POV, just above the ground.

Hi Mikio, Lovely late autumn scenery. Wonderful perspective which emphasize on the dried golden leaves. I like the intersecting shades and sunlight on the ground. Great depth created by the trunks of the trees. Nice light along with clarity. Thank for sharing

Hi Mikio,
A very attractive combination of the dark and strong trunks of trees with the yellow carpet of dead leaves on the ground. All shadows also add interest to this pleasant picture.

A lovely representation of late autumn scene at the park, nicely composed, love the colors and am drawn to fallen leaves in the foreground to pull the eye through the scene and the way it's framed by darker shade of the tree trunk but lovely idea. The lead in of the tree is just perfect and the colour pop is spot on enriched by the brilliant light and long shadows.
