Since Love Lane in Penang is a popular place, this outlet doesn't want to be left out. The address chosen is Behind 50 Love Lane :-)

There is no complete agreement as to how Love Lane got its name. There is a belief that it was named after a British officer named Love, but this has not been verified. Another belief is that it was the site for early 19th century brothels for sailors and soldiers. The adjacent road, Muntri Street, was where the rich Straits Chinese lived, and it is widely believed that these men kept their mistresses along Love Lane.

The second explanation for the name is likely more accurate:-) I like this pleasantly coloured composition with its different elements. The framing is very effective and the light soft and agreeable.

interesting view of this door in the shop. I liked this curious colection of plants inside pots, we have many of these ones in my hometown too. nice framing and details.
