Great shot-full of attitude and expression. Well captured aand well composed. i am don't think it needs the heavy frame since it stands well on its own.

like the black tone if your portrait. good POV and framing. expression well captured. another good element for the color if the blue hairband, that stands good contrast and attractive wrt the total black domination.
