Photographer's Note

In my last posing I did propose two pictures taken in Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The main post was a general view with the White Balance set to tungsten light, which I think are most of the spot lights in use, and the WS, a view of one of the gate areas with the WB set to Daylight. As you could see the colours are very different, being the first quite cold and more real and the second more to the warm side but much less real.

After reading your notes, I can easily say that the preferred option was the main post with the cold look. I also preferred that one and that was the reason why I did post it as the main posting.

Today, I am proposing a different view of the same airport, this time using color temperature to set the White Balance. Fixing it at 3600, I think I got the right balance between the light and the colors of the place. It is not either too cold or two warm but it shows, as far as I can remember, the true colors of the place at that time of the day.

The picture show one of the many free internet spots provided to all passengers traveling through KLIA. It only demonstrates how little things can make peoples journey more pleasant at a symbolic coast for the airport or the country national carrier.

All your comments and suggestions are very much appreciated. Thanks.
