Photographer's Note
What? 26 days long trip??? Oh, no no." That's what I said to my operation manager. But after I had read the itinerary, I accepted this tour because it included Mrauk Oo, another archaeological site from 14th to 18th century. I have been there in 1999, but only one time, so I almost forget about this site.
We flew from Yangon to Sittwe and we arrived there around 3 pm. Then we have to drive for 5 and a half hour to Mrauk Oo. The road is so bumpy and it was totally dark after the sunset. Mostly we are so far away from town and villages. I worried that the car would break down and we have to sleep nowhere. But our dirver manage to be at Mrauk Oo around 8:30 pm. I still thought that it could be worth to come Mrauk Oo though we have a hard time of car ride, and as for me, taking 26 days journey. Because I wantd to make pictures of the old pagodas. I thought that I was still not too late before they are over renovated. But my thoughts were completely wrong. I only like sun set pictures. My thoughts were gone with the sun.

Hi!!! I've already seen such a lot of sunsets, but it's always something new to admire the fantastic colours!!! Especially with the clouds it's a pic to feel good!!!

The shot is very good. It's somelike different from other sunsets I have seen mainly because the sky still keeps some blue light, contrasting the red/orange one of the sun going down.
Well done.
