We are still with the Akkun tribe in the Holan village from the Golden Triangle.

When discussing with the Akkun woman from yesterday, the little kid - not a monk - appeared behind the wooden door, shy but curious.

So, the two Curiosos meet. Nice little portrait of childhood. The inquisitive time when a stranger from overseas is such a mystery. Good use of colour, the red and the browns giving a feeling of warmth. Effective composition.The metalic bits on the door and the lustre of the eyes enliven the piece. Nice work.

2 choses que j'adore ici....cet attitude, ce visage qui semble un peu inquiet, triste, je ne sais pas trop, une attitude forte en tous cas, et puis ces superbes teintes. Le bordeau ressort superbement bien au milieu de ces tons brunatres.

Hi Steven. This is a most SE Asian shot, I could imagine this coming from many different spots in SE Asia, certainly Myanmar being one of them. Beautiful colors, with the red being handled nicely, as I find that red often gets out of control with digital shots. A really pensive look on his face and I like that his attention is clearly on something, but that something is not you. I wonder how this would look with the boy more to the left of the frame, leaving more space on the right, as that is the direction in which he is looking. Very nice shot.

Mais c𨬓st un Curioso aussi celui ci ;-)
L㠙mage est tr鋊 belle et la lumi鋨e de qualit�.
Je regrette un peu qui n𠋀 ait pas un contact du regard avec l𨬓nfant, mais malgr� cela l㠙mage a de la texture et du charme.
Bravo pour cette composition.

j'aime beaucoup l'attitude de ce petit gars timide et curieux � la fois. belle compo avec ce panneau de bois. il y a aussi une belle harmonie des couelurs.
c'est beau.

Bravo, Steven, what a beautiful, simple, and for that, perfect portrait. This is 10 times better than too many flawed, careless and badly exposed (unlike yours) touristy snapshots getting top critiques (pay-backs?) on this (and others) Burma gallery.
