A sunny day in between Nuntala & Bupsa about 2 days from Lukla on the Classic Route (Jiri-Gokyo) of the Everest Base Camp trek. There had been a steady stream of rain the last three days of this trek and this is when the storm cleared and the sun began to shine until our departure on November 8th, 2013. The house in the foreground is cooking lunch and the smoke is rising from the chimney. Please leave feedback and enjoy.

Hi Tracey - nice slope to this image, leading the eye from the houses below up the terraces and toward the light. You chose a good time to take this, as the shadows are strong enough to really make out the terraces well. Thanks!
