Photographer's Note

cold noddles is the famous dish here, eaten by a lot fo people. Here, it was served at the opening c廨幦ony of the 14th Pyongyang International Film Festival, with many others dishes.
Noddles are cooked in a rich bouillon, served with meat, v嶲etables, kimchi.
You mix them before to eat with seasonning of vinegar, mustard, soja, as you like of course.
Really good indeed.

Great still life shot, well done on stopping to take this shot before eating the noodles! :-) The dish is in perfect state, waiting to be eaten. Great colours and well used available light.
I wish I had taken some photos of food when I was there. I was always too busy socialising during meals...
