An amazing shot. The composition is perfect and so is the framing. I am not sure why the man is raising his folder but that doesnt effect a tiny bit on the strength of the shot.

I think he has noticed you taking him :-).This picture really needs learner, which is quite clear.Had man not noticed you, picture would've been more sentimental.But still message has been conveyed.
