1st International Festival of Light in Moscow October 21-23, 2011.
Beams of floodlights as a fence guards the building of the most preciuos and famous Russian landmark which on this photo sparkling as a first class gem. It is really impressive light effect. St. Basil's cathedral (Intersession cathedral on the Moat, Pokrovsky sobor chto na rvu) was built in mid of 16th century to commemorate military campaign of the first Russian tsar Ivan IV “The Terrible” on East and taking Kazan city near Urals.
