The underground, a photo from Moscow, Center

Photographer's Note

The underground in Moscow could be amazing and possibly, is one of the most famous things to "visit" there.

This time I'm showing you one station (sorry, I'm terribly bad for the names in Russian) from a picture I took at, about, 00:30 pm with the camera on the ground.

As we can see in the picture, the view was lovely.

Hi Oscar,
Just wonderful. Perfect reflection, perfect symmetry. And a real mystery. I mean it was built as a showcase of socialism. Great to see that it's still a pride of the city. But how can it be so clean at 00:30 after a full day of use of thousands of people who everywhere else are sloppy, not caring what they leave behind. (And I don't mean Russians but modern people in general.)

That's a real TE photo. I had no idea that the Moscow underground looks anything like that. It's like something from a Bond movie.

London underground stations come pre-installed with chewing-gummed floors and a motley assortment of waifs, strays and bedraggled commuters.

Yeaah, one of the genres that i am really fond of seeing in photography: perfect symmetry in interior photography.
Nothing can be said, a great realization with excellent quality. Creative idea to put the camera on the shiny ground to give this much place to the reflections. A top class work! Congrats Oscar...

That's true moscow metro is more of an artwork than a transportation system, you got a superb perspective from there, well doubled by the reflection, it looks so big, so empty and so clean... excellent image.

Me acuerdo un poco de la estaciones de Moscow (estuve 2 dias en 1988) pero son realamente espectaculares. Me gusta la simetria, el reflejo y de hecho que la gente esta muy lejos.

Tengo varios sets de fotos de este sin igual metro moscovita, pero esta foto que nos presentas es realmente alucinante!
Para uno es dif獳il de creer que se trate de un metro, y claro, entre otras cosas, me imagino que la hora ayud� a que estuviera despejado.
Realmente una genial idea la de poner la c嫥ara al ras del piso, este punto de vista funciona de maravilla.
El juego de luz, sombra y colores, debido a la naturaleza de los materiales de construcci鏮, por un lado, y a la luminaci鏮, es excelente.

It seems that youy have not left anything to others, you took so pretty picture in Russia that competition with you seems difficult. Good decision to take this Metro station symmetrical. I like how the only anti-symmetrycal is coming from the tiny persons at the end. Good photography.

it was really a GOOD idea to place the camera on the floor! Thus the station looks very impressive.. and almost fantastic! It's a very modern station built not long ago.
I strongly dislike the Moscow underground for a lot of reasons, but I do appreciate and like excellent photos ;)
