Great shot of the forces of nature in action here. IMHO if the horizon line was lowered to a third of the height it would put more emphasis on the great clouds instead of showing the lower part of the image which has not much interest. Aesthetically it is more pleasing to the eyes too.

Great shot Ian. Hope you had time to hide from the storm. :)
The photo is a little dark and blured so I've made a workshop to improve colors

wow i missed that one... great photo. it shows the sheer force and strength of the monsoon.. great colors and compo using the grey and green shades... congrats!

The colors are great and the lighting is amazing.
You could consider, however, to crop the bottom inch or so out. It's kinda dark, and with a crop, you'll bring the horizon down to the lower third, which should make for a stronger image.

Nice curve on the cloud I think maybe you were trying to mirror the curve with the curved line of the field or maybe I am reading to much into it.I like to take storm shots and suffer from the same problem of underexposure on the ground.Saw the workshop and maybe somewhere half way between would be better. Also you might consider swapping a percentage of the channels adding more of the channel holding the most detail and then compensating the colours afterwards.

Wow, what a powerful shot. I can feel the energy of that storm.
A little too much foreground, and crop in just a hair on the left afterwards, for me. But great shot just the way it is.

green farm and the grey sky have come very good. Good depth as well. Add comments please

Even if I would not like to be under this cloud, I like the pictue very much.
I think the first ne is better than the workshops. The underexposure of the ground makes the picture stronger.

Amazing shot, Ian. Full of the force of nature. What a feeling to see this... I can't imagine what it would be like to actually be there.
Congratulations!

Hello !
Very well done,
The depth of the green and the gray gives a particular atmosphere, both frightening and fascinating !
Best regards.
David
