Photographer's Note
Dignity
-------
And I'll sail her up the west coast
Through villages and towns
I'll be on my holidays
They'll be doing their rounds
They'll ask me how I got her I'll say
I saved my money
They'll say isn't she pretty
That ship called Dignity
And I'm telling this story
In a faraway scene
Sipping down Raki
And reading Maynard Keynes
And I'm thinking about home
And all that means
And a place in the winter
For Dignity
--------------------------------
A lazy day on the gorgeous Placencia beach, sipping on a fresh coconut and listening to Deacon Blue on the iRiver. A bit of out-time from the stress of travelling through Central America.

hi Philip
I must say I quite agree to your point about negative critiques. Somehow it brings alertness and thoughts to the weakness of the posted photo.
This shot is a nice one although the sailboat is at center, as some may prefer off center. Good use of palm leaves as frame. Overall, it is a good view, and I am sure you have taken more shots of same from other angles?
