Photographer's Note

Very typical old car in Cuba.
The amazing thing is that the cars still working.

The hard life of the photographer :
When I want to take this shot I sow the bird making patrol cost. I decided to wait for her.
But, in the car behind me, in my modern car set two man that was calling me 璌on㦙 wait, take the shot and came to the car�.
I hope you will agree with my decision

Hi Yigal,
What an amazing car!People in cuba seem to like to hold on to these hold cars and i expect there is a feeling of going back in time when you wander the streets.Nice composition with the contrast of nature and manmade.Like the bird...it was worth waiting for.

This is a very nice shot. Very good composition.There are some grains.. I think this will look more like the olden times if you crop out the modern car at the left and make this b/w .. should work well.
Nevertheless this is a nice one and a very good background. TFS - VIkram

I also like old cars, and this one is really fantastic. It is little like an old polish car called "Warszawa". Nice environment for showing an object like this! (I would only remove some noise, although other way, it suits old character of car).

Very good composition, Yigal! As always, patience is the key for good photographic oppourtunities! Very balanced composition, with the old car and the soaring bird that combine together with the sea scene to create a strong freedom feeling. Well done!

I like this shot. This 50s car is very Cuba, just as the Carribean color of the sea in the back. Good light on the car. The grain in the picture makes it timeless. Gilbert
