This photo was taken in Pinar del Rio province next to one of many small villages.
I consider that the blue line shirt emphasis the expression on little girl dark face.

Pinar del Rio, province, West Cuba, Pinar is the westernmost province of Cuba. The province, occupying a narrow area, has an irregular and swampy coast; it is mostly level, with one important mountain range, the Cordillera de Guaniguanico. The chief river is the Cuyaguateje. The traditional industry of Pinar del Rio, Cuba's poorest province, is the growing of tobacco, which is cultivated in the Vuelta Abajo region and is among the world's best. Other agricultural products are of limited importance; mines at Matahambre yield copper.

Pinar del Rio city is the capital of Pinar del Rio prov, founded in 1699. It is linked by rail and highway to Havana and is the center of a road network running through the province near the city is the picturesque valley of Vi鎙les.

Cute little Pinar chica :)
What impress me most in this picture is the shirt of her (probably) father. The exact reason why tourists have to leave clothes in Cuba when they go there.

This is a strong image due to the placement of the child and you've managed to get her sweet-looking expression. The colours of the clothes go so well with the girl's skin colour.
It doesn't matter that the scan is moisy as you have captured the feeling in your image.
