Photographer's Note

Among the biggest actors in promoting the Punta Cana Carnival are a group of local women called "Las Musas de Punta Cana". They are your everyday businesswoman, mother, sometimes even grand-mother. They have included their daughters ("musitas") and they in turn have added their own daughters ("musiticas"), so they are as young as 7 years old. This is one of the new "musiticas", the youngest Musas in the parade. This girl was kind enough to look at my lens every time she turned her face towards me in her choreography.

Je crois bien que c'est la premi鋨e fois que je visite ta galerie. Cette photo est attirante car elle refl鋈e la joie, les couleurs et le mouvement des festivals. Superbe cadrage.

This is another great shot. That headdress is impressive. I like the gold tones in this photo, too. The Carnival seems like a gold mine for photographers.

Otra maravillosa imagen del carnaval de Punta Cana, con excelente iluminaci鏮 y una muy buena profundidad de campo que destaca el rostro de la chica contra un fondo borroso! Los colores bien saturados est嫕 bell疄imos! Excelente trabajo!
