Photographer's Note

Markus Sittikus, prince and bishop of Salzburg, had this summer palace built in the 1610s. He had lived at the Villa Aldobrandini in Frascati (near Rome) and had also visited great villas of the age, like Villa D'Este and Villa Lante. So he comissioned the work to architect Santino Solari.

The stone table on foreground is called Sovereign's Table, where Markus used to host his guests. Note the handsome wine cooler running down the centre of it, with ample space for a lot of bottles!

But SOMETHING UNEXPECTED will happen to the guests...!! If you've already seen the shot, then go to the WORKSHOP to see...
