Great dramatic clouds combined with frontlit whitewashed walls make for a very engaging picture here. They way you've set it up makes the sky the focal point and I think that's interesting; especially the layers of different shades of darkeness. I'd like to have seen the whole of the building's tower though.

Pavel, I love how the buildings became a frame to the sky, very interesting approach, I am usually not a big fan of washed out whites, but in this case some lost details in the buildings actually works very well. I like the interplay of colours, the lamp itself helps keep the image together by the slow graduation of the magenta into white, and green roofs add a nice contrast. What is that white dot in the sky (lost pixel)? I would clone it out.
