Photographer's Note

More commonly called "Notre Dame de l'Arbrisseau", this vault was set up by the population of Chimay, in repair of the executions the unhappy one suspected of sorcery in 1671 and 1672. On its pediment a plate appears taking again the dedication to "Notre Dame du Pillier de Saragose". It should be known that in the neighbourhoods of Chimay seven vaults by the Spaniards were set up. In these vaults as this one are made each year many pilgrimages or worships.
