Photographer's Note
The elder trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants of the Sambucus kind, belonged to the family of Caprifoliac嶪s. Recent work into systematic now locates this kind in Adoxac嶪s. The woody elder trees are shrubs with white flowers or of cream-coloured color which are transformed then into small red, blue or black bay bouquets. These bays are very appreciated birds.
