Boat Triplet, a photo from Varna, East

My dear TE friends, I was not able to participate these last few days here again, and I have to confess, that without TE it was like being sick...They call it addiction I guess...:-P

Today I am offering you another view from Balchik's yacht port.
I saw these three boats there. What drew my attention just before I take the shot was the huge boat "parking lot" at the far left - it seemed to me as a boat nursery, where people were taking care of them untill they grow big enough, and then letting them float in the yacht port. Now you have a triplet of boats plus a nursery too...;-D
As background you can see again the steepy shore of Balchik.

It is also for me always good moment to participate to TE but I understand very well that sometime, we are not able to participate...
Those 3 boats are again wonderful a like also very much to see the cliff behind... Belgaria seems a very beautiful country to visit too! Thanks for sharing!

Hee, Maria, I recognised Balchik! Oh, I love those boats, espescially the one on the right , she is old and weary. The catamaran is already to new for me, and the other, is it a fishing boat??? I like the ripple of the water, and the reflection of the water on the boat. Nice composition, Maria.

Yes, that's my wife calls it (addiction) as did Ian's (inamcall) when she told me about the site. Anyway, another nice shot of Balchik. The tight crop on the left is good, as is the general framing. Funny note about the boat nursery. Is it me, or the chalk, or is it just a touch overexposed?

Welcome back, Maria. I guess regarding TE addiction we could start a self-help group ... You're back to form with this delightful view of the boats in Balchik's marina, and I have to tell you the same as Rinie that the scenery is becoming more and more familiar and recognizable to me ;-) The composition is very nice with the diagonal arrangement of the boats, and the hill and buildings on the opposite side. Funny stuff about the "boat nursery" in your note :-) Well done.

There is something hazt and quite strange in this shot, which I find very interesting. I like that white rock at the BG. a nice shot, Maria.

Great composition. Perhaps I'd reduce brightness & contrast, & increase warm tones like red, yellow, & magenta. I may try a ws. Well seen.

Very good composition. I also like that you used a deep DOF as I can see the background. The bold colors are very powerful..which is good in this case to compliment the black boat flanked by the two smaller white boats.

Good capture Sunny and yes the boats on land can make one reflect a little.

I often wonder how come the marinas seems full of boats through the most of the summer? Maybe for some the ownership is more of importance than the use of the boat...?
