Photographer's Note
As you already may know, we are trying to do a mutual TE project with "Aegean", during his visit in Varna...:-)
This is my point of view for the same place he posted a pic just a few min ago.
I chosed a bit larger view to accentuate on the architecture style, but nevertheless, I am also trying to show the glow of the domes on the background of blue sky.
We are waiting for your comments on the pictures of course..:-)

Hi Maria
Superb sharpness & I like tht warm / cold opposition between the golden turrets or domes of the church, & the stunning blue sky. Good use of repetition & graphism.

Great perspective Maria! Very well seen, I really like the angle.
Colors and textures are nice too. Fine shot.

Interesting project you've got here. Looks like you have the same PoV but with a shorter focus lens here. Nice shot, but maybe this fuller view would benefit more from more direct sunlight. Pushing my memory here, but I think that's afternoon for this building. Looking forward to the rest of the project.

Hello Maria! Here we have the Varna jewel again, great angle, Maria, and fine details on the church. I like the blue reflection on the window, and the color of the tree, the church, the sky and the window, combine very good.
Nice project!

You both were here on the same time?
Funny to see this on the screen but it's nice done, nice church with the several crosses.
Good shot, Maria.
Now I have to see the closer look...

Hello Maria,
First i would like to say that this is a great project and what i like the most is seeing people coming together from different places that met through a web site related with photography.
Very good pov i think.I would shoot probably from the same angle as this is much like my taste. The textures and the colours are great.
Congratulations.

Wonderfull capture Maria of this impressive cathedrale. Love the angle. The contrast between the golden domes and the blue sky and the nicely rendered texture of the facade really makes this shot. Nice project this is, I expected something like this to pop up ;-) - good to see Aegean's fine take on the arch detail too. Very fine job!

Yes, those upward-looking angles sure work fine on churches, don't they? This is very impressive, Maria - crisply detailed and sharp, well composed with a downward diagonal made by the spires, and the golden detail of the domes is well rendered and looks particularly good against the blue sky. Well done, hope to see more results of your joint shooting.
So when are you coming to Stuttgart for another project? :-)

Magnificent capture Maria, it was a good idea to present us the Domes of Gold at daylight. I like it.

I think that it's a very good idea to have this kind of cooperation between members. Your version is also interesting and quite different from George's. I like your angle and the wider shot that gives us more details of this building. Good work.

Great idea to meet another member of TE, Maria... and what is funny is that I met someone from TE in France last week-end too! The angle you choose is very nice and the colors are good. Bravo!

I like both photos, Marie, yours and George's. and I like the way you both use the same POV with a different zoom. I wish that we could see more projects like this on TE. Very very well done.

a very remarkable perspective.. anyway the low part of the church is somehow missing (sorry, I do not have any idea how to fix this)... but of course that's my perception...
great shot of a great place

Great shot! It's not easy to take a picture to Varna cathedral, because there are many eletrical wire and light columns that disturb the image (I live in Varna too!). But that's so clear! Regards.
