I扉e heard some complaints, that my summer pictures are kind of provocating for hard working people.. :)
SO, today im posting this one, without blue warm sea, without blue summer sky, without any vawes or palm-trees, without summer umbrellas and bikinis..
Just a pair of summer slippers.. :)
Nothing too much provocative... ;)

Well, it's still quite provocative, LOL ;) Nice idea, Vero, to just have this still-life of the sandals on the beach. I think that the shallow DOF and the warm lighting make this one very inviting-looking and suggestive of a fine day at the beach.

Very nice details. I would have prefered the focus to be in the middle of the shot, but otherwise nice

So, Vero, this is what you call non-provocative?:)))

Very sensitive shot, with good warm colours, and it is nice to have the pebbles on the shoes. Only the DoF is a bit too shallow to me, I would go for a f/4 maybe. And also a very feminine shot, I can't imagine a man could have taken this.:)) My compliments, Vero, for this piece of sun, beach... and life!

It still creates a soaring feeling of nostalgy about those gilded sunsets , tide and waves rumours , despite Brela waters seems so calmed and peaceful . That minimalistic approach is really interesting as a dead nature , artistic detail in which many of those beach days sebsations are condemsed with the golden reflections , shades , being able to close eyes and imagine the sounds , the smells of those Croatian jewels .Slippers introduced in that shape can unleash more provocating reactions for closing overtasked people but anyway they are much welcomed .Kisses and nice day sweet Vero and hope the appalling bad weather in Slovakia is disappearing

Dark clouds in Zurich right now ... so this one this is hard too - I am sorry. But I love to look at your photo, it gives me a feeling of being free and happy, full of good ideas ... something like this. Summer at its very best, at its peak.

This is a really nice shot Veronika. The subject is very simple, but you've photographed it beautifully. The soft, warm lighting is great, and I like the effect of the shallow depth of field which has thrown the rear parts of the sandals out of focus.
Its a very pleasing image, well done.

no provocation at all! I like your still-life of flip flops on the beach. The focus and the blur are cool and the lightning from the sun is cool.

What a funny idea, i like the way you upload pictures describing all the stuff needed to be in vacations : tuba and mask, bikini, and now summer slippers !
You did great with the bokeh and i look precisely your pair of slippers, i can say that you are really a professionnal of tourism, cause they seem of high quality and they seem to be have been a lot used ! Vero is all the year in holidays !

Hi Vero - you seem to be an expert in bringing out the eseence of a summer holiday, and this is a perfect example, I would prefer a diffreent and more to the middle part focus.

Dear Veronita,
is it your shoes ? for sure in your last production it smells like a holidays ;o). The light is perfect here, so warm, the best moment for me to stay on the beach when everybody is gone.

I really like the up close POV. The crop is nice and tight, but the best part of this photo is the warm backlighting. Your vacation photos have been very pleasant to look though. You are getting really good and creative with your photography. I would have liked a slightly larger Depth-of-Field here, but that's just me.

Hi Veronika, I pretty like this compo with this wonderfull light and this shallow dof, it is still provocating as I couldn't wear my slippers today, it's not warm enough here...
