It was the end of the day. After the autumn, it was already the winter.

The colors and the light were dark. Even the dancing house (on the left) looked sad.

This is the last post about Praha. Hope you've enjoyed the small journey.

Bonsoir St廧hane,
Une compo qui nous montre les diff廨ents styles d'architecture que l'on peut voir dans cette ville. L'immeuble de gauche est particuli鋨ement original dans sa forme. Par contre je trouve l'ensemble assez sombre (peut 皻re est ce mon 嶰ran?) alors je te propose un WS.

oui c'est un peu sombre et tristounet mais il y a quand m瘱e un peu d'action: la barque, les zoiseaux, et un immeuble dansant (c'est quand m瘱e pas tous les jours qu'on voit un immeuble danser !!!) , j'ai appr嶰i� le voyage d'autant que tu alternes les destinations d'un jour � l'autre, demain, la libye ?

oui cette photo est sombre apr廥 l'avoir visionn� sur l'嶰ran et sur le portable, le WS de brigitte est tr廥 � propos pour mettre en valeur des facades, le batiment moderne dans une autre perspective tranche plus avec l'ancien quand j'y suis all�, Prague reste une ville envoutante

L'image est peut 皻re un peu sombre mais la g廩m彋rie est int廨essante. Et puis j'aime bien comment elle est rompue par le b漮iment de gauche.
Une image de Prague assez inhabituelle.

C'彋onnant comme ce b漮iment moderne et un peu fou, s'int銶re tr鋊 bien avec les autres. Tu as su bien fait ressortir ce lot de maison en exploitant le fleuve et un cadrage assez large.

J'aime bien les immeubles, surtout celui au coin � gauche � la forme un peu biscornue, le cot� l嶲鋨ement pench� de l'ensemble m瘱e si c'est sans doute une impression d'optique et les oiseaux au loin. En revanche, toujours dans la tristesse question lumi鋨e. Vivement le printemps.

meme sombre, mais je pense que c'est l'ambiance que tu as recherch�, 蓷 fonctionne bien!
j'aime beaucoup les reflets du ciel color� dans les fenetres du haut. Une petit touche de lumi鋨e dans ce monde sombre. Super bien vu

Excellent detail and sharpness. I like the detail of the flock of birds seeking a roost for the night. I like Brigitte's Ws to add brightness and think the reflections show up better. However it may have spoiled the mood you wanted to convey.

What a strange piece of architecture in the left side of the frame!
Overall a good shot, but maybe the water is a little underexposed.

Hi Vincz,

This is a nice broad view of the riverfront and a wintry sky. There are some touchign details, such as the lone boatman, the solitary bird in the sky, the way there is more sunlight in a narrow band at the top of the image. I think that the exposure levels you have here serve to harken the near-arrival of winter. I like this effect. Very thoughtful piece, St廧hane!

J'aurais presque pu faire un "copi�-coll�" du commentaire de Brigitte tant je suis d'accord avec elle. J'aime bien son WS mais peut-皻re que pour toi 諘 ne correspond plus tout � fait � ce que tu as ressenti avec cette humeur hivernale.

Pourquoi tant de tristesse alors qu'il suffisait de faire comme Brigitte ? La composition est bien r嶧lis嶪. Les immeubles forment un bel ensemble dot� de belles couleurs.

Tr鋊 chouette cadrage qui replace ce splendide b漮iment de Frank Gehry dans le contexte de la ville, avec son fleuve et ses belles maisons aux fa蓷des color嶪s. La lumi鋨e est un peu faible mais l'ensemble me pla褾 beaucoup !

Un ensemble d'immeubles � l'architecture 彋onnante. Une belle lubie d'architecte � gauche !!! Effectivement un petit peu sombre mais j'aime bien ce paysage urbain avec cet avant plan aquatique et les reflets. Une atmosph鋨e agr嶧ble.

Hi Stephane,
The lighting and exposure level are ideal for the mood here. These are wonderful facades, of varied hue, and the section on the left side really adds a twist, as the building seems truncated, while the windows are ablaze with golden light. The silhouette of a little rowboat is discernible in the foreground. A fine capture, Stephane. Have a good weekend.

dans l'ensemble cette photo me pla褾 bien... On y voit bien les diff廨entes architectures ce qui est fort int廨essant. Petit b幦ol sur le c矌� trop sombre de la photo. Sinon le cadrage est tout bon et j'aime bien la pr廥ence de cet oiseau dans le ciel.

Int廨essantes mixture d'architecture avec l'immeuble de gauche qui donne l'impression d'une poupe de navire.
Cependant malgr� les conditions de prise de vue difficiles je n'accroche pas sur l'avant-plan qui est trop sombre.
Notre amie Bibi s'en sort bien avec son WS, cependant elle n'aurait-pas du toucher au ciel en arri鋨e-plan; � mon avis il fallait s幨ectionner le sujet principal au lasso magn彋ique.

C'mon Stephane, don't say that the colours look sad, it's exactly the atmosphere that the wole city breathes...a mixture between melancholy and romanticism. It's a pity that I wasn't able to see this compo when I was there last year, it looks fantastic :P
